So I decided to start working out again. Mostly for the health benefits and also for mental clearness.
This year is supposed to be a HEALTHY one, after having too many drinks on Saturday and eating like an animal since the 2015 started.
Step by step. This is step one and I hope it keeps me accountable.
I am literally feeling a lot better already.
DIET: Today I had a venti caramel latte from Starbucks for breakfast and some tea with honey. Until at 3pm I also had some hardboiled eggs, 1/4 banana, 1/4 tomato, little piece of yummy Italian bread, 1/4 avocado and the worst, some mayo to make it go down smooth, and some Boarshead Turkey. Lunch meat is not that great for you, but thats ok, ooh, and little piece of swiss cheese.
I know it is not a good idea to starve until 3 pm, but I do extremes sometimes. Now the hardest part for me is ahead, evening, especially cause my husband won’t be home for dinner. I am afraid I will have some KRAFT mac and cheese and wine, and that would be not very good.
WORKOUT: I did first day of body rock challenge. This is great great program. It is real time, free and effective.
I did it last year from January til beginning of March, really just 2 months, I had had a baby in September. Only 12 minutes or little more a day. I was not a super model by then, but I did fit into my “skinny jeans” and regret stopping, cause by the time summer rolled around, I could not fit in them any longer. Now my Lulu workout pants are getting tight, so you know there is no more time to waist.
FEELING: Good, I got for sure a good workout and hopefully sweated some toxins out. I really hope I can keep this up. It is such a short time, but sooooo good for you.
HOPE: I was just thinking that someone should photograph old people and compare the ones who worked out or do regularly and ones who did not, cause you can a lot of times see it in peoples faces, skin etc. I want to be a tight one when I grow up.
BEST PART: I never had to leave home and my little baby boy was just running around and I had to watch my step.
